2-day live cohort · max 12 seats

Build with Claude Code
in two days.

You’ve been using AI like a smarter search bar. By Sunday night, you walk away with a real internal tool you built yourself, deployed to a public URL, and the muscle memory to keep going on Monday.

$497 one-time · Next cohort: May 22–23 · Live virtual · Money-back guarantee
§ 01 / What you walk away with

Three concrete outcomes by the end of day two.

  • 01

A web app you built, live on the internet.

Not a tutorial demo. An actual tool with a public URL you can share with your team or customers on day three.

  • 02

A Claude Code setup tuned for real work.

Configured the way working builders use it day-to-day. Custom skills, the right hooks, and the workflows that compound.

  • 03

A daily building habit that sticks.

By the end you know how to ship the next one without us. The cohort moves on; you keep going.

§ 02 / The cost of waiting

Every week you wait is another internal tool you didn’t build.

Most teams have a list of small tools, dashboards, and scripts that would make their work obviously better. The list never gets shorter because building them takes a developer the team doesn’t have, and the SaaS that almost-fits costs $200 a month.

Claude Code closes that gap. Not theoretically. In two days you’ll actually ship one of the tools that’s been on your list. After that, the next one is a weekend, not a quarter.

§ 03 / Is this for you

We keep the room small so we can be honest about who fits.

This is for you if
  • You run a business or team and have a list of small tools you wish existed.
  • You’re comfortable enough on a laptop to follow along (no prior coding required).
  • You’ve tried AI tools and want to actually build things, not just chat.
This isn’t for you if
  • You want a recorded course you watch on your own schedule. We do live cohorts only.
  • You want enterprise architecture or production-grade engineering. This is a building habit, not a CTO replacement.
  • You want someone to build it for you instead. That’s our done-for-you offer at /aios.
§ 04 / Curriculum

Two days, four phases, one shipped app.

Phase 01Orient

Set up Claude Code the way builders use it.

Install, configure, and load the 20+ custom skills we use day-to-day. By the end of phase one you have a working environment, not a half-installed tool.

  • Install + configure Claude Code on your machine
  • Load custom skills tuned for real building
  • Pick the project you’ll ship by end of cohort
Phase 02Build

Build a working web app from scratch.

Plan the project, scaffold the code, iterate fast. You drive; Claude does the heavy lifting; the instructor unblocks you in real time.

  • Plan the app with Claude as a thought partner
  • Scaffold + iterate in working sessions, not lectures
  • Live unblocking when you hit something gnarly
Phase 03Deploy

Ship it to a live URL.

Push to GitHub, deploy to Vercel, point a custom domain at it. By the end of day two your app is on the internet with a URL you can share.

  • Git basics + GitHub setup
  • One-click deploy to Vercel
  • Custom domain or subdomain wiring
Phase 04Operate

Build the daily habit so you keep going.

The workshop ends; the practice continues. We close with the workflows that keep you shipping after the cohort wraps.

  • The 30-minute daily build session
  • How to reuse what you built across other projects
  • Skool community access for ongoing questions
§ 05 / What’s included

One price. Everything you need to keep building after we wrap.

  • 6 hours of live, hands-on instruction over two days
  • A working web app you build and deploy to a public URL
  • Claude Code configured for your daily work, not a demo setup
  • Recordings of every session, yours to revisit any time
  • Private community access for after the cohort wraps
  • Money-back guarantee if it doesn’t change how you work
§ 06 / Instructor

You’re learning from someone who builds with this every day.

Moroni Okonah
Founder, AIOSlaunch

I run AIOSlaunch full time. Day-to-day that means installing AI Operating Systems for service businesses and using Claude Code to build the tooling that makes those installs possible.

I started teaching the workshop because most owners I talk to have the same question: where do I start? The answer is always the same. Build something small and ship it. The workshop is the fastest way I’ve found to get someone over that first hump.

You won’t leave with the same toolkit I use every day. You’ll leave with the part of it that matters most: the habit.

Ready when you are

Two days from now, you could be running an app you built yourself.

Pick a session
§ 07 / Pick your session

Choose your dates. Show up. Build.

Two days, three hours each, live virtual. Capped at twelve so the room stays small enough that you actually get unstuck.

§ 08 / Q&A

The questions people ask before they sign up.

Anything else, drop it in the contact form and we’ll answer.

01Do I need to know how to code?+

No. The whole point of Claude Code is that you can build real software without being a developer. You should be comfortable on a laptop and willing to follow instructions. That’s the bar.

02What software do I need installed?+

We’ll send a setup checklist a week before the cohort. The short version: a Mac or Windows laptop, a Claude account, a GitHub account, and a Vercel account. All free to start.

03What kind of app will I build?+

Yours. We’ll spend the first hour helping you pick a small, real project from your work or life. Past picks: a shift-scheduling tool, an internal pricing calculator, a customer FAQ portal, a job-site photo organizer.

04Will it be recorded?+

Yes. You get the recordings after the cohort. The live sessions are where the building happens; the recordings are for review.

05What happens after the two days end?+

You join the AIOSlaunch Skool community where past cohort members hang out. Bring questions, share what you build, get unblocked. No upsell on this, it’s included.

06What’s the refund policy?+

If you go through both days and feel the workshop didn’t change how you work, email us within seven days and we refund you in full. We’d rather give the money back than have you tell people we wasted your time.

07Why max 12 seats?+

Because the workshop is a working session, not a webinar. With 12 people the instructor can actually see what you’re stuck on and unblock you. Past 12 it stops working.

08Can a teammate join?+

Yes. Anyone with a paid seat is welcome. We don’t do team discounts at this size, but if you want to bring three or more from the same company reach out and we’ll figure something out.

09What time of day are the sessions?+

Currently 1pm – 4pm Eastern, both days. If we change times for a future cohort we’ll list the new schedule on this page.

10Is this the same as your done-for-you AIOS service?+

No. The cohort teaches you to build with Claude Code yourself. The done-for-you AIOS service is when we build a custom system for your business, end to end. Some people start with the cohort and end up hiring us for the bigger build later.

§ 09 / Guarantee

Go through both days. If it didn’t change how you work, full refund.

We’d rather give the money back than have you tell people the workshop wasted your time. Email us within seven days of cohort end and we’ll process the refund. No survey, no exit interview, no friction.
